Welcome to the fifth of twelve blog spotlights on the services we are proud to offer our customers at Blind Technique! We often talk about our knowledge, skills and experience within the residential market advising our valued customers on the best custom blinds for their home yet did you know we also serve the commercial sector including offices and restaurants? We are proud to offer a one-stop shop service for our commercial customers as we are a manufacturer, supplier, installer and maintenance contractor – so why go anywhere else in Eastcote?
We know that commercial budgets cannot always lend themselves to full replacement on every occasion so we support you, our valued customers by sourcing most requests for spares as well as service and refurbish and/or repair the vast majority of window blinds, motorised blinds and awnings. This can often be done on-site and if this is not possible, we can remove the custom blinds for attention back at our Eastcote workshop working to the most efficient timescale for you.
Due to the ongoing social distancing restrictions in place because of the COVID-19 pandemic we have taken the opportunity to design protective screening to assist your offices and other commercial premises as you continue to trade as guidelines permit. This is an additional product to compliment our office blind portfolio of hard wearing, robust and easily maintained options for your commercial environment. We pride ourselves on being flexible enough to work around your schedule when you are open for business to conduct our surveying and installation services outside of your busiest times to minimise any potential disruption to your valuable working day.
We are always delighted to assist our Trade customers too, working with their valued customers in this profession. We can offer supply only where you can either collect or have the blinds sent to you by courier. We also offer an SMF service – Survey, Make & Fit – where we deal with the customer on your behalf, they pay you and then you in turn you pay us. Finally, we can also work with some trade customers on a commission only basis whereby we do everything and pay a commission for each job lead which is converted.
