Have you got broken blinds?
Have you got a blind that needs a bit of TLC, is it not working as it should or has a cord snapped or come undone? You are in the right place so read on to see how we can help.
Although we spend most of our time making new products for our customers, we are fortunate to have a lot of experience, an established workshop and lots of spare parts. Therefore, we may be able to help you fix your blinds.
Questions about your broken blinds
1.? Are you relatively local to us? Most repairs will need to be carried out in our workshop, so bringing them in is the best and most economical way to see if we can help. If you are unable to do this, we travel a fair distance and cover a wide area but all in relation to our manufacturing and showroom that is in Eastcote, Middlesex, HA4 9LG, and this would incur a call-out charge. Anything further than 45 minutes' drive away we, unfortunately, can not service.
2.? Ideally, to not waste your time, a description accompanied by a photo of the product you need to have repaired is very useful. As much information as possible will help but we can talk to you about this too which you may find easier.
3.? Please read the small print. Whilst we will do our very best and use our extensive experience to fix and repair your products well, we do not know in advance the quality or age of what we are repairing and it may not be possible or could make it worse.
Send us an email at info@blindtechnique.co.uk or call us at 0208 866 6088 or just pop in with your broken blind and we will do our best to help you.
Rates for Repairs
Depending on the type of blind repair, parts required, and time needed, we will provide a price subject to our terms. Here is a guide to give you an idea of the prices we charge.
- A simple replacing of a broken cord would be around £30 for a pleated blind.
- This could be more for a Venetian blind as more work is involved.
- If we need to come and collect the blind or fix something on site then the minimum call out is £70 + VAT if you are local.
- For larger jobs and multiple products, we offer discounted rates
