Our History
Blind Technique was founded in 2004 by John Pink and his son Richard. John had extensive experience in the textiles and blinds industry and they enjoyed over 20 years of building and running the company together. The company started by initially offering only conservatory blinds, a product it continues to specialise in and manufacture today, and gradually increased its portfolio by adding window blinds, shutters, awnings and curtains.
Today, John is still involved operationally, consulting on manufacturing and the technical side. Richard also has close ties and is invested in the continued success and company trading. November 2024, we would like to thank all our team over the years, without whom this would not have been possible, and our customers who trusted in us and shopped locally. Blind Technique is in very good hands and we wish Aaron and Mark every success going forward.
